Claire Murphy

Program Coordinator

As Program Coordinator, Claire Murphy supports the implementation and effectiveness of programs delivered across our partner schools. Claire works closely with our Social Emotional Learning pillar.

Claire Murphy is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she received a Bachelor of Arts as a triple major in Psychology, Spanish, and Education. She has been interested in education from a young age, leading to work as a literacy and math intervention tutor, a conflict resolution coach, a pre-K classroom associate, and most recently, an English as a Second Language teacher in Spain. Claire comes to us with work experience at two non-profit organizations, serving an integral role in a Pre-K enrollment initiative as well as an initiative to make social service organizations more accessible for local residents. Through these previous experiences, she cultivated her passion for access to quality education and giving back to her local community.

Claire loves to travel to experience new food and culture. One interesting fact about Claire is that she has traveled to 38 countries in her lifetime. In her free time, she likes to play tennis and keep her brain sharp by playing word games.
