Brenna Curry

Advancement Manager

As Advancement Manager, Brenna Curry, furthers the mission of United to Learn by facilitating seamless interactions with funders, partners, and volunteers.

Brenna began her professional journey in the fashion industry, holding varied roles across apparel and accessories categories from childrenswear design to materials sourcing and production management. Finding that system, strategy, and relationship building were the aspects of her roles she loved most, Brenna sought to translate these passions into a career in the philanthropic sector.

Most recently, Brenna served as a Development Officer for the Friends of the Dallas Public Library, an organization serving Dallas Public Library locations through advocacy and program support. In this role, Brenna led the growth and stewardship of the Friends membership base, built corporate partnerships for citywide library initiatives like “SMART Summer Learning,” and coordinated community events and annual appeal campaigns. Brenna is thrilled to continue focusing on increasing childhood literacy and expanding community resources as part of the U2L team.

Brenna is originally a midwesterner and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. In addition to cheering on the Bearcats, her hobbies include being an avid movie fan, antiquing, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog Mouse.
