Raeann Cain

HR and Office Manager

As HR and Office Manager, Raeann Cain manages HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, coordinating internal staff conference needs, and managing the front desk. Raeann joins us from Collin College where she assisted students, faculty, and staff working within the Disabilities, Counseling, and Dean of Students departments at the McKinney campus. She also previously worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Virtual Assistant for a technology startup and was the Executive Director of the Murphy Chamber of Commerce.

After graduating from Minneapolis Business College, Raeann worked in the Twin Cities area for a couple of years, however, after moving to Texas, she learned her college credits didn’t transfer. So, she started over at Richland College and eventually graduated from Collin College with an Associate of Science degree with plans to pursue physical therapy while working as an executive/administrative assistant for both large and small companies. She transferred to TWU, however, a spinal injury prevented her from attending and decided to utilize her experience and became a Licensed Massage Therapist while recovering from her injury. After many years of clients and corporate chair events, research led her to elevate her business to share the truth about pain, healing, and missing information from U.S. healthcare. Raeann also teaches a class once a month at the recreation center as well as works with clients.

She joined U2L because she believes in our mission and how partnerships with schools and the community help change beliefs and improve lives. Raeann enjoys spending time with her family, loves to read, listen to music, watch movies, experiment with new recipes, and archive photos to create videos and projects.
