United To Learn Staff
As Program Manager, Namratha Niranjan supports the implementation and effectiveness of programs delivered across our partner schools. Namratha works closely within our Social Emotional Learning pillar.
Namratha Niranjan began her foray into education by working as an afterschool teacher, as well as serving as a human values educator for the Sathya Sai Centers of Dallas and Nashville over the past four years. In her past role as an afterschool teacher at Catholic Charities of Tennessee, she worked on building connections with refugee children, families, and educators, supporting these stakeholders with physical and emotional resources as they navigated virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Namratha completed her Masters in Child Studies from Vanderbilt University in May 2021.
Namratha decided to join United to Learn because she believes in our commitment to serving the schools and community by meeting them where they are. According to Namratha, her favorite part about working with United to Learn is, “being able to connect with the people- whether it’s my talented colleagues, passionate volunteers, or connecting with the dedicated Dallas ISD staff.” In her free time, she enjoys reading books, spending time with friends, and catching up on the latest fantasy show on Netflix.
