Ester Harrison

Director of Impact Partnerships

As Director of Impact Partnerships, Ester Harrison serves as the relationship manager to a robust portfolio of corporate, faith-based, and non-profit organizational partners. During our Community Campus Day campaign season, Ester stewards relationships with our CCD sponsors.

Ester Harrison has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit and corporate realm. During her 6 years at the Nasher Sculpture Center, she managed both the General Membership program and Visitor Services program in the Development Department. While there she discovered her keen interest in development, fundraising, and community engagement. After the Nasher, she worked with Interfaith Family Services as the Senior Development Manager, which helped her hone in on her commitment to helping marginalized populations in Dallas. Immediately prior to joining United to Learn, she worked with small businesses and nonprofit organizations in both fundraising and operational roles.

Ester holds an MPhil and BA in Art History, speaks fluent Italian, is an active volunteer in the Lakewood Service League, and is on the Big D Reads 2022 Steering Committee. She lives in East Dallas with her husband Matt, daughter Luci, son Theo and their dog Charlie.
